About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manipulate, structure, and cross-reference large databases to generate insights and support decision-making;
Perform in-depth analyses of data, scenarios, and risk and credit indicators;
Design, review, and propose new SME credit policies, aiming to optimize business results while balancing growth and risk management;
Draft technical specifications for parameterizing policies in the credit engine;
Build executive presentations and lead stakeholder discussions to defend proposals, share results, and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in building and evolving credit policies, preferably focused on Legal Entities / SMEs (PJ);
Strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis;
Proficiency with tools and programming languages for data manipulation and analysis, especially SQL and Python.
