About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and implement the procurement strategy for the categories under your responsibility, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and objectives;
Manage high-complexity, strategically relevant categories, ensuring efficiency, quality and risk mitigation;
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the supplier market and the commercial dynamics related to the scope of responsibility;
Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure understanding of requirements and business impact;
Lead supplier negotiation processes to secure the best commercial and contractual terms;
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in processes, tools, systems and compliance practices;
Ensure adherence to internal policies, standards and applicable regulatory requirements;
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose actions to optimize results;
Support decision-making through strategic analyses and market insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
MBA in Project Management, Business Management or related areas is desirable;
Advanced English;
Intermediate Spanish;
Experience in Procurement, with experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or managing high-complexity projects;
Strong experience in project management, using both agile and traditional methodologies.
