About the role
- Performance Management: Monitor and report KPIs for digital channels, ensuring data integrity and visibility of results;
- Executive Liaison: Prepare reports and presentations for C-level executives, translating complex metrics into actionable insights;
- Project Governance: Lead strategic rituals and agendas, ensuring action plans are executed by stakeholders;
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate deviations in results and propose data-driven solutions to restore growth;
- Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks in channels and recommend improvements that impact LTV and CAC.
Requirements
- Advanced SQL: Ability to extract and manipulate large volumes of data independently
- Dashboard Experience: Proficiency with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
