About the role

  • Executive Narrative: Own the official reports for C-level executives — not just presenting numbers, but telling the story behind the data and recommending strategic directions.
  • Influence and Stakeholder Management: Lead governance rituals with directors and heads, ensuring alignment and execution of the area's priorities.
  • GenAI Optimization: Use language models (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude) to automate sentiment analysis, summarize large volumes of operational data, and speed up the creation of analysis scripts.
  • Predictive Analysis and Root Cause: Proactively identify trends and anomalies, anticipating impacts on CAC and LTV before they become critical issues.
  • Technical Mentorship: Support the technical development (SQL/data storytelling) of more junior members of the management team.
  • Intelligence Automation: Develop and maintain data structures that enable the team to make real-time decisions, reducing reliance on manual processes.

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL: Full command of manipulating large datasets (BigQuery/Snowflake) and optimizing complex queries.
  • Data Storytelling: Exceptional ability to synthesize information for executive audiences (board and C-level).
  • Prompt Engineering & AI Savvy: Hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to accelerate workflows (data analysis, code generation, or problem structuring).
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS/Fintech metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn, Payback).
  • Experience with BI Tools: Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI to create high-impact visualizations.
