About the role

  • Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the Renda Extra team’s results, identifying major variances and developing action plans to recover performance.
  • Responsible for creating reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness in partnership with the Data Engineer.
  • Propose improvements and innovations for the area, taking a strategic view of the business, proposing improvement initiatives, defining plans, and tracking them with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor managerial and operational results;
  • Create, maintain and update dashboards and reports that support daily decision-making;
  • Ensure data accuracy together with the Data Engineer by performing checks and validations;
  • Analyze trends and propose actions to improve the performance of the Renda Extra channel;
  • Develop new dashboards when necessary; Provide support to the Management Analyst on strategic studies and channel-related targets.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL and Python for extracting and manipulating data
  • Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data and extract actionable business insights
  • Understanding of sales metrics, commercial targets, and channel performance.
