About the role

  • Plan, structure, and execute functional and non-functional testing strategies.
  • Participate in the technical refinement of user stories, ensuring testable acceptance criteria and an acceptable Definition of Done (DoD).
  • Identify technical risks and propose improvements to the quality process.
  • Contribute to defining test strategies and test coverage.
  • Generate test data sets and support their creation.
  • Work with log analysis and observability.
  • Configure and monitor QA and code-analysis tools (SonarQube).
  • Support teams in defect prevention (shift-left testing).
  • Create and maintain documentation of test scenarios and test evidences.
  • Ensure the quality of deliveries in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create and maintain automated tests (UI, API, and integration).

Requirements

  • Experience with exploratory and structured manual testing.
  • Experience with test automation.
  • Knowledge of API testing.
  • Knowledge of integration testing.
  • Experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
  • Experience with version control (Git).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools.
  • Experience with automated regression testing.
  • Experience with log analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
  • API testing: Postman.
  • Web automation: Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Mobile automation: Appium or Detox.
  • CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
  • SonarQube.
  • Jira.
