About the role
- Ensure the company's sustainable growth through efficient management of financial resources, developing analyses to support decision-making, stress-testing scenarios to mitigate risks, and identifying capital allocation opportunities, as well as promoting accountability among stakeholders through reporting
- Monthly financial close
- Analysis and reporting of monthly financial results for technology teams
- Updating and communicating the forecast of technology costs and expenses to central FP&A
- Preparation of the annual budget for technology teams' costs and expenses
Requirements
- Relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, or strategic finance
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (modeling, automations, scenario analysis)
- Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership
- High level of organization and process discipline
- Previous experience managing people
