About the role

  • Ensure the company's sustainable growth through efficient management of financial resources, developing analyses to support decision-making, stress-testing scenarios to mitigate risks, and identifying capital allocation opportunities, as well as promoting accountability among stakeholders through reporting
  • Monthly financial close
  • Analysis and reporting of monthly financial results for technology teams
  • Updating and communicating the forecast of technology costs and expenses to central FP&A
  • Preparation of the annual budget for technology teams' costs and expenses

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, or strategic finance
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (modeling, automations, scenario analysis)
  • Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership
  • High level of organization and process discipline
  • Previous experience managing people
