About the role
- Serve clients.
- Identify opportunities and solution needs for the client's business, generating value.
- Respond to customer requests and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, negotiations and new business avenues to drive sales.
- Identify potential issues clients may face and act to improve their performance.
- Communicate with Product, Risk and Support teams to resolve issues, enable sales and implement new solutions.
Requirements

- Organizational skills to manage your tasks and customer pipeline.
- Previous experience in the commercial/sales area.
