About the role
- Build and track metrics to measure customer experience, analyzing performance and identifying improvement opportunities and areas of concern;
- Analyze data and results to support decision-making and problem-solving related to customer experience;
- Lead the process of calculating RC results and incentives, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information;
- Define targets and performance-tracking criteria in collaboration with relevant teams;
- Develop, maintain, and enhance indicator dashboards, ensuring visibility and clarity of results;
- Prepare and update indicator cards for periodic monitoring and executive communication.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Looker Studio
- Knowledge of SQL
- Organized with strong priority-management skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical ability for data interpretation
- A strong curiosity and desire to understand root causes
