Requirements
- Previous experience in a role within agile teams, cultural transformation, or management in product/technology environments
- Experience in technology environments, with strong knowledge of delivery flows and connections between tactical and strategic layers
- Proficiency in reading data and efficiency metrics that influence strategy and demonstrate ROI
- Result orientation is non-negotiable; mastery of results-driven management (OKRs or similar) is essential
- Conflict management and influence: ability to articulate ideas and move the needle in resistant scenarios
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without authority to navigate and engage people in complex, dynamic, and challenging contexts
- Investigative mindset and ability to propose and implement pragmatic solutions
- Experience structuring tactical and strategic rituals focused on efficiency and decision-making
- Expectation management and negotiation of highly complex topics with stakeholders
- Promoter of a culture of continuous improvement and workflow optimization
- Experience using tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Looker or similar
