Requirements

  • Previous experience at a health or benefits brokerage, with strong knowledge of quoting, implementation (onboarding) and post-sales processes.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret commercial/sales data to propose strategic solutions for clients.
  • Maintain close, consultative relationships with health insurers/providers, client companies and internal teams.
  • Strong organization and a sense of ownership to manage the full commercial cycle — from prospecting to account maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and a consultative approach to ensure a differentiated experience for corporate clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Operations, Relationship, Product and Placement teams.
