About the role
- Lead a squad in the Credit Card area in alignment with company objectives
- Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle with the team, from mapping customer pain points to specifying features, validating implementations, and ensuring delivery
- Communicate with stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations
- Maintain documentation and ensure visibility of relevant product information outside the squad
Requirements
- Previous experience working with digital products or on projects, operations structuring, etc.
- English sufficient to read and understand documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SQL (desirable)
- Experience with financial products or payment methods (desirable)
