About the role
- Plan, organize and execute internal initiatives end-to-end, from idea conception to final delivery.
- Manage and monitor procurement flows, ensuring alignment with deadlines, budget and internal policies.
- Work collaboratively with partner and intersecting teams (such as Internal Communications, Events and Procurement), ensuring alignment and strong execution of initiatives.
- Interface with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and business leaders, aligning expectations, requests and priorities.
- Manage relationships with vendors, from initial contact through to delivery oversight and results tracking.
Requirements
- Organization and planning: ability to structure deliverables clearly, turning ideas into executable projects with defined stages, deadlines and priorities;
- Project management: experience or strong ability to lead projects, coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders and simultaneous deliveries;
- Relevant experience in the area;
- Reside in Rio de Janeiro and availability to work in a hybrid model.
