About the role
- Management and updating of processes, SOPs and support materials for care quality.
- Monitoring, development and support for the clinical nutrition team (recruitment, training, indicators/KPIs and clinical case discussions).
- Monitoring operational and quality indicators, with participation in committees and medical record reviews.
- Operational support and cross-functional integration (front office, billing, nursing, medical team and providers).
- Institutional communication and liaison with internal teams and marketing for the production of materials and content.
Requirements
- Currently studying toward or recently graduated in Nutrition
- Clear, empathetic and assertive communication
- Ability to mediate between clinical and operational areas
- Organization and management of multiple demands
- Analytical mindset with clinical judgment
- Autonomous and responsible
- Ability to give and receive technical feedback
- Relational profile with an ethical and collaborative attitude
