About the role
- Lead the strategy for acquisition and development of the partner base.
- Conceive, align, and lead projects focused on improving the channel's acquisition performance;
- Monitor and manage the initial user experience across the entire funnel, enhancing stages and their synergies;
- Be responsible for internal positioning for our partners;
- Deploy the institutional marketing positioning strategy for partners;
- Plan and execute partner-focused events;
- Ensure ongoing engagement and retention of affiliates.
- Design end-to-end campaigns with performance KPIs;
- Responsible for the partner journey strategy, focused on engagement and base performance;
- Develop incentive and recognition campaigns to maintain the channel's ongoing attractiveness;
- Provide partners with sales support materials tailored to each sales model (store, paid media);
- Manage the partner journey;
- Responsible for the content strategy, from development to selecting the optimal distribution format;
- Responsible for all verbal and visual communication with the partner base;
- Evolve the partner benefits journey, focusing on their development and performance within the program;
- Be responsible for the communication strategy with partners;
- Define and execute a communication schedule with partners;
- Ensure the optimal messaging, tone, and appropriate channels for communications;
- Monitor results and iterate on the process;
- Establish and monitor the branding of our stores;
- Responsible for brand-related processes tied to store openings.
Requirements
- Experience in Marketing with a strong track record in both B2B and B2C strategies;
- Proven experience with direct sales models, affiliate programs, and reseller networks;
- Experience in brand planning, positioning, and integrated communication;
