About the role

  • Hybrid routine with in-person and online meetings.
  • Establish contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions;
  • Conduct negotiations and build strong relationships with clients;
  • Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
  • Conduct commercial visits for prospecting and relationship maintenance;
  • Rigorously assess clients' payment capacity to ensure informed and secure credit decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
  • Experience in credit risk analysis and financial mathematics
  • Negotiation skills and portfolio management experience
  • Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly.
