About the role
- You will be responsible for post-sales support, regardless of the Stone product, through one of our four communication channels (email, chat, WhatsApp, or phone) and via CRM.
- During your time with us, you will be assessed against quality and efficiency targets that allow us to measure support performance and drive continuous improvement for our customers. After all, our goal is not only to resolve issues but also to delight Brazilian entrepreneurs.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- University degree in progress or completed;
- At least 1 year of prior experience in Customer Relationship roles;
- Didactic approach and customer-focused mindset;
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
