About the role

  • Maintain and document incident management across various portals and systems.
  • Perform initial triage by collecting basic information and determining context criticality and business impact.
  • Record and document: all incidents and interactions are fully logged and documented.
  • Keep users informed about the status of ongoing incidents.
  • Play a role in maintaining operational stability by resolving immediate issues and ensuring incidents are escalated to specialized teams when necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience administering Windows and Linux server operating systems.
  • Knowledge of networking.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms.
  • Experience configuring observability platforms.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD.
  • Experience working with cloud environments.
