Product Manager

• Lead a squad together with your product-design-engineering triad, ensuring technical, usability, and business alignment;
• Develop deep knowledge of the business, market, and competitors, translating trends and regulatory challenges into product opportunities;
• Identify opportunities using qualitative and quantitative data across customer journeys to build and prioritize a high-impact roadmap;
• Propose solutions that are financially viable, building and defending the business plan and ROI modeling for new initiatives;
• Propose and execute efficient techniques for rapid discovery and validation of opportunities and solutions, focusing on learning and minimizing cost (e.g., MVPs, prototyping, proof-of-concept tests);
• Define, monitor, and take ownership of the main strategic KPIs (financial, engagement, and quality) for your product, reporting and acting proactively on deviations from targets;
• Contribute actively and strategically to the definition of the Tribe’s OKRs, ensuring alignment between product strategy and Stone’s objectives;
• Promote our culture and, above all, always advocate that we are making the right decisions for the customer!
