About the role

  • Hybrid work routine with in-person and online meetings
  • Establish contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
  • Lead negotiations and build strong relationships with clients
  • Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct commercial visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
  • Analyze clients' repayment capacity rigorously, ensuring informed and secure credit decisions.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
  • Experience with credit risk in lending and financial mathematics
  • Negotiation skills and portfolio management
  • Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly.
