About the role

  • Hybrid work routine with both in-person and online meetings;
  • Initiate contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions;
  • Lead negotiations and build strong, long-term client relationships;
  • Manage and grow the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
  • Conduct commercial visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships;
  • Rigorously assess clients' repayment capacity to ensure informed, secure credit decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial services sector;
  • Experience in credit risk assessment for credit origination and financial mathematics;
  • Negotiation skills and portfolio management experience;
  • Knowledge of the regional market and proven sales experience;
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly and consistently.
