About the role
- Hybrid work routine with both in-person and online meetings
- Initiate contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
- Lead negotiations and build strong relationships with clients
- Manage and grow the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Conduct business visits for prospecting new clients and maintaining relationships
- Rigorously analyze clients' repayment capacity to ensure informed and secure credit decisions
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
- Experience in credit risk related to lending and financial mathematics
- Strong negotiation skills and portfolio management experience
- Knowledge of the regional market and proven sales experience
- Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly and consistently
