About the role

  • Hybrid work routine with both in-person and online meetings
  • Initiate contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
  • Lead negotiations and build strong relationships with clients
  • Manage and grow the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct business visits for prospecting new clients and maintaining relationships
  • Rigorously analyze clients' repayment capacity to ensure informed and secure credit decisions

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
  • Experience in credit risk related to lending and financial mathematics
  • Strong negotiation skills and portfolio management experience
  • Knowledge of the regional market and proven sales experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly and consistently
