About the role
- Hybrid work routine with in-person and online meetings
- Establish contact with clients to offer suitable credit solutions
- Lead negotiations and build strong relationships with clients
- Manage and grow the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Conduct commercial visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
- Rigorously analyze clients' repayment capacity, ensuring informed and secure credit decisions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
- Experience in credit risk assessment in credit granting and financial mathematics
- Negotiation and portfolio management skills
- Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
- Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly.
