About the role

  • Hybrid work routine with in-person and online meetings
  • Establish contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
  • Conduct negotiations and build strong relationships with clients
  • Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Perform business visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
  • Rigorously analyze clients' repayment capacity to ensure informed, secure credit decisions.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
  • Experience in credit risk related to credit granting and financial mathematics
  • Strong negotiation skills and portfolio management experience
  • Knowledge of the regional market and proven sales experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly.
