About the role
- Hybrid schedule with in-person and online meetings
- Establish contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
- Lead negotiations and build strong client relationships
- Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Conduct business visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
- Rigorously analyze clients' repayment capacity, ensuring informed and secure credit decisions
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
- Experience in credit risk assessment and financial mathematics
- Negotiation skills and portfolio management experience
- Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
- Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly
