About the role

  • Hybrid schedule with in-person and online meetings
  • Establish contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
  • Lead negotiations and build strong client relationships
  • Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct business visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
  • Rigorously analyze clients' repayment capacity, ensuring informed and secure credit decisions

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
  • Experience in credit risk assessment and financial mathematics
  • Negotiation skills and portfolio management experience
  • Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly
