About the role

  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics using tools such as Looker and Sheets/Excel.
  • Perform analysis of campaign results and A/B tests, translating data into practical recommendations.
  • Analyze customer profiles, usage behavior and product engagement journeys.
  • Formulate quantitative and qualitative hypotheses about gaps and opportunities in conversion and retention funnels.
  • Monitor business indicators (revenue, TPV, churn, product adoption) and generate alerts for deviations.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, etc.) in the execution and evaluation of initiatives.
  • Contribute to the economic and operational assessment of engagement actions, including ROI and payback estimates.
  • Ensure consistency and reliability of the data sources and dashboards used by the team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Business Analytics or similar roles.
  • Advanced SQL for extracting and manipulating data from large datasets.
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI or similar).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.
  • Knowledge of applied statistics and experimentation (A/B testing).
  • Familiarity with financial business metrics (TPV, ARPU, margin, churn, incremental revenue).
  • Analytical and critical thinking: ability to translate data into actionable insights and hypotheses.
  • Business acumen: understanding the dynamics of financial products and their impact on P&L.
  • Proactivity and ownership: works autonomously and seeks to resolve problems end-to-end.
  • Organization and prioritization: manages multiple workstreams and stakeholders while maintaining clarity on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Communication and collaboration: clarity in communicating insights and aligning with partner teams.
  • Results-oriented: focus on business metrics, driving impact and iterative learning.
