About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of the import journey, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Keep customers informed and supported by sharing arrival updates, sending essential documents, and coordinating with partners for seamless cargo releases.
Make sure billing is accurate and timely, so customers always know what to expect.
Prepare invoices for any additional services, tailored to customer agreements and our company standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor`s degree and fluency in English is mandatory. Good command of French is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively gather information to suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills with a capacity to think critically and meticulous attention to details.
