About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning and coordination of inland exports/imports to ensure timely loading and delivery.
  • Help track shipments and process orders.
  • Enter data on reservation lists and provide timely information for transport coordinators.
  • Communicate clearly with the EMEA Operations department and other teams.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing transport documentation.
  • Process documentation according to quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in a customer support, administrative, logistics role or similar.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, good command of French is also preferred.
  • Excellent work quality and accuracy combined with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability of working in a team setting priorities and goals.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
