About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning and coordination of inland exports/imports to ensure timely loading and delivery.
Help track shipments and process orders.
Enter data on reservation lists and provide timely information for transport coordinators.
Communicate clearly with the EMEA Operations department and other teams.
Assist with preparing and distributing transport documentation.
Process documentation according to quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in logistics, economics, business administration, or a related field.
Relevant work experience in a customer support, administrative, logistics role or similar.
Fluency in English is mandatory, good command of French is also preferred.
Excellent work quality and accuracy combined with a problem-solving attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability of working in a team setting priorities and goals.
Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
