Provide support to eDiscovery Project Managers
Daily support and training on best practices using industry standard litigation support software and services
Supporting the transfer, manipulation, and analysis of data from outside sources such as vendors, clients, other law firms, and adverse parties
Provides hands-on technical services for case related tasks such as CaseMap and TextMap database creation, maintenance, and support, importing data and transcripts
Creating Box folders, uploading and downloading data
Perform QC on pre-productions
Reformat and convert data
Assist litigation case teams with technology related tasks
Liaise with outside vendors providing services to the firm in eDiscovery related projects
Consistently follows all department Quality Control policies and Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
College degree preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a law firm or eDiscovery vendor environment required
Proficient with litigation databases, RelativityOne preferred
Must be proficient with Microsoft software
Experience with SQL, Access, and PowerShell is a plus
