About the role
- Support the bank by establishing new deposit accounts.
- Perform various account maintenance tasks.
- Fulfill internal and external account and maintenance requests.
- Provide excellent customer service via in-person, phone, and email.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all types of accounts, services, and products offered by Stockman Bank.
- Conduct relationships in a professional manner to enhance the bank's marketing effort.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Working knowledge of various Microsoft Office programs.
- Minimum 1-year previous work experience in banking or customer service (preferred).
- Previous work experience using Fiserv’s Navigator programs (preferred).
