Overall responsibility for the group's global accounting
Lead an international accounting team
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
Further development of global finance structures in collaboration with the CFO
Responsible for compliance matters, internal controls and accounting policies
Interface with auditors, tax advisors and internal stakeholders worldwide
Responsible for liquidity planning, financing matters and currency risk management
Harmonization and optimization of processes, systems and structures within the international finance environment

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in international accounting, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing company
Solid knowledge of HGB (German GAAP)
Leadership experience and team development skills
Strong process understanding and a structured way of working
Strong affinity for digital tools and ERP systems
Knowledge of SAP and LucaNet is an advantage
Very good English skills
