About the role
- Design Assistant to join our team and contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of our visual identity.
- Responsible for developing institutional materials, supporting internal and external campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Creation, development, and updating of graphic assets;
- Development and maintenance of the visual identity for institutional materials (corporate presentations, internal communications, office printed materials, templates, etc.);
- Visual support for institutional campaigns and internal engagement initiatives;
- Creation of visual identities for office events (branding, environmental design, digital and physical assets);
- Adapting layouts for various formats and channels;
- Ensuring consistency of the brand's visual identity across all deliverables; and
- Liaising with internal teams to align on requests.
Requirements
- Degree in Design or related fields.
- Proficiency in Canva (primary tool used), and Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Desired: knowledge of video editing;
- Organized, detail-oriented, with a strong aesthetic sense; and
- Good communication skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
