Customer Experience Analyst – High Ticket

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure an exceptional experience for mentees by working closely, in an organized and proactive manner throughout the entire journey, strengthening relationships and contributing to client retention and satisfaction.
- Lead the onboarding of new mentees, ensuring a structured and welcoming entry.
- Closely monitor the customer journey, track engagement, and anticipate needs.
- Serve as the point of contact between mentees and mentors, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
- Manage scheduling, communications, and operational routines of the mentorship program.
- Execute follow-ups and reminders, and support requests related to payments and program organization.
- Provide support during meetings and live sessions, ensuring a positive experience for participants.
- Keep records and controls up to date in internal tools.
- Act proactively to retain customers and strengthen relationships with the user base.
- Collaborate with the internal team to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in customer service, Customer Experience, relationship management, or similar areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and concurrent demands.
- Proactivity and a sense of ownership to resolve problems autonomously.
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, communication platforms).
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients in meetings and check-ins.
- Nice to have / Differentials:
- Experience with high-ticket clients or more consultative service models.
- Experience with educational products, mentorship programs, or digital info products.
- Knowledge of CRM tools or customer support automation platforms.
- Experience managing communities or facilitating group follow-ups.
