Collaborate with Sales (Solutions) and Marketing teams to design and produce proposals, proofs of concept, and pitch decks that help win enterprise deals
Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and visually engaging client-facing materials
Maintain and evolve templates and brand systems to streamline the pitch and proposal process
Ensure all sales collateral meets Stitch’s standards of quality, polish, and clarity
Support multimedia content production — including simple video editing, audio editing, and social media graphics
Coordinate client gifting requests and logistics that enhance client and prospect experiences
Assist with branded event collateral, swag, and ad hoc creative production needs
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, balancing both structured and fast-turnaround work
Take on production design tasks (resizing graphics, prepping files, organizing assets) to keep larger creative projects moving forward
Manage in-office tasks like shipping swag, supporting internal events, and helping with internal communications
Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for visual campaigns, social content, and marketing initiatives
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a communications, marketing, or design role
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or Visual Communications
Proficient in Google Suite, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Figma
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong communicator who’s comfortable taking feedback and asking clarifying questions
Collaborative and flexible — willing to jump in on design, light copy edits, and marketing support tasks as needed
Curious and eager to grow your design, branding, and marketing skillset through real, hands-on experience
Familiar with project management tools like ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar for staying on top of tasks and deadlines
Basic animation or motion graphics experience (Canva animation, After Effects, etc.) — nice to have
Familiarity with the marketing, advertising, and consulting industries — nice to have
