About the role

  • Design and develop full-stack applications and integrations that connect AI/LLM capabilities with existing martech ecosystems, focusing on optimizing output quality and cost efficiency across multiple LLM providers
  • Build internal tools that automate operational processes, enhance sales enablement, and accelerate delivery team efficiency while maintaining our high standards of client service
  • Architect data management strategies and API integrations that support seamless information flow between AI tools and client martech stacks
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Marketing Strategists to design AI-enhanced workstreams that provide unprecedented value to clients
  • Work alongside client-facing teams to support AI strategy workshops, technical demonstrations, and the development of AI-specific service offerings
  • Manage context windows, prompt optimization, and LLM provider selection to ensure optimal performance and cost management across various use cases
  • Build enhanced integrations that leverage LLMs to augment existing martech capabilities, focusing on practical applications
  • Develop database constructs and cloud-based solutions that support our growing portfolio of AI-enhanced tools and client services
  • Stay current with AI/ML advancements and emerging technologies to continuously evolve our capabilities and maintain our competitive edge
  • Contribute to Stitch's knowledge base and internal documentation to ensure AI best practices are accessible across all teams
  • Effectively manage your time to achieve quarterly billable hour targets while balancing internal development work with client-facing responsibilities
  • Occasionally travel, up to 20%, to client sites to actively participate in strategic AI discussions and technical implementations
  • Maintain relevant AI and marketing technology certifications, including required Braze certifications and emerging AI/LLM platform certifications
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support Stitch's rapid growth and innovation objectives
  • Design enterprise-grade system architectures that incorporate data governance, security considerations, and scalable integration patterns for complex client environments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of development experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript, API development, cloud platforms (PaaS), and database design and management
  • Hands-on experience with LLM integration, including understanding of context window management, prompt optimization
  • Demonstrated experience in system integrations and data management strategies, with the ability to architect solutions that connect disparate technologies seamlessly
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, particularly marketing professionals
  • Strong enterprise system architecture thinking with experience in data governance, security considerations, and scalable integration patterns
  • Experience or strong aptitude for understanding AI fundamentals, including how external applications interact with commercial LLMs to optimize output and cost efficiency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading technical discussions with both internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in or strong interest in professional services environments
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in ambiguous situations, forging new paths in service delivery
  • Strong project management and time management skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Marketing technology experience preferred, with professional services background being a significant plus
  • Willingness and ability to obtain relevant certifications, including Braze platform certifications and emerging AI/LLM certifications
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
