Key responsibilities & impact

Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes that help teams explore product concepts, validate user experiences, and communicate design direction.
Develop reusable components, technical tooling, and shared capabilities that improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency across Product Design.
Partner closely with Product Designers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure design intent is translated into thoughtful, high-quality implementation.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI capabilities, automation, and modern development practices that improve design workflows and expand what's possible for the team.
Champion technical excellence by documenting best practices, mentoring teammates, and driving adoption of new tools and workflows that elevate design quality and execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in product design, front-end engineering, design systems, design technology, or a related discipline, with experience working across both design and engineering.
Experience building high-fidelity interactive prototypes using modern front-end technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks).
Experience developing reusable components, design systems, or internal tooling that improves team efficiency and product consistency.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and prototyping technologies, along with modern software development workflows including version control and collaborative engineering practices.
Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies to improve productivity, accelerate prototyping, and streamline technical workflows.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to translate between design and engineering perspectives.
