Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience with warehouse management systems, order management systems, or similar solutions
1-2+ years managing high-performing engineering teams
Proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-focused solutions aligned with business objectives
Extensive hands-on experience with widely used programming languages like Golang, Java, or similar
Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones is a strong plus
