About the role

  • Drive key communication and feedback programs that equip and enable our team of ~1800 Stylists
  • Manage and continuously optimize internal knowledge libraries and self-serve tools
  • Support and uphold documentation standards across internal platforms
  • Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and continuous improvement of key Styling programs and existing communications
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose data-informed process improvements
  • Lead planning and coordination of cross-functional meetings and focus groups
  • Serve as the primary editorial gatekeeper for Styling communications
  • Analyze and share Stylist feedback, insights, and team needs with relevant partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in internal communications and/or retail operations enablement roles
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with large-scale remote teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools, like Asana
  • Experience with intranet platforms, like Axero (preferred but not required)
  • Superior written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively translate data and information into clear communications and reporting for both front-line employees and corporate audiences
  • Ability to thrive when handling a variety of tasks and deadlines
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Proven success working asynchronously in a remote environment
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
  • Driven by the desire to improve operational efficiency and support team success
  • Enjoy taking the initiative to address issues and improve processes independently
  • Relentlessly passionate about customers (both internal and external) and the experience they receive.
