About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect, develop, and close net-new business opportunities across agencies, brands, and strategic partners
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities focused on Digital Media, Programmatic, DSP, CTV, audience targeting, and data-driven activation solutions
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach and relationship development through proposal creation, negotiation, and closing
- Generate and manage a personal book of business while identifying long-term revenue growth opportunities
- Sell consultatively by aligning Stirista’s DSP, ESP, CTV, email, identity, and audience solutions to client KPIs and marketing objectives
- Develop strategic relationships with agency leadership, media buyers, CMOs, performance marketers, and key decision-makers
- Work cross-functionally with Client Services, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to deliver successful campaigns and client outcomes
- Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and pipeline reporting within Salesforce
- Stay ahead of trends across AdTech, Programmatic Media, CTV, Retail Media, Identity, Data, and Omnichannel Marketing
- Represent Stirista at industry events, client meetings, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in Digital Media, AdTech, Programmatic, DSP, CTV, Data, SaaS, and/or Agency-focused B2B sales
- Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Experience building and managing a meaningful book of business and consistently exceeding revenue goals
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic media buying, audience targeting, attribution, and data-driven activation
- Existing relationships within agencies, brands, trading desks, media organizations, or marketing technology companies strongly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Experience selling into SMB, mid-market, and enterprise-level accounts
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and related sales tools
- Willingness to travel as needed.
