About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and adapt creative assets across digital, retail, print, social, and email channels
- Produce visuals for seasonal brand and product campaigns within Stio's established creative direction
- Design and produce catalogs
- Create retail and wholesale displays, signage, and point-of-sale materials
- Craft email and social campaign assets
- Curate authentic mountain athlete and lifestyle imagery
- Champion brand guidelines while experimenting and pushing ideas forward
- Maintain production quality and prepare artwork meeting technical specifications across workflows
- Develop print design expertise, including prepress and production
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in Asana
- Collaborate with Brand, Art, and E-Commerce teams
- Partner with the Senior Copywriter and Brand marketing to unify messaging and visuals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design or a related role, preferably at a lifestyle, outdoor, fashion, or sports brand
- Experience in print or catalog production is a plus
- Proficient and comfortable in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Proficient and comfortable in Figma; Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma are required
- Solid understanding of print production fundamentals, including color management and bleed
- Technical fluency to prepare production-ready files across formats
- Proven experience managing work through Asana or comparable project management tools
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask across concurrent deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and required accuracy and polish
- Keen eye for curating authentic mountain athlete and lifestyle imagery
- Strong understanding of apparel product marketing and visual storytelling for product sell-through
- Comfortable presenting concepts and defending creative decisions to stakeholders
- Openness to feedback and critique
- Collaborative, positive, and proactive spirit
- Drive to strengthen team processes, workflows, and creative approach over time
