About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicate daily via phone, email and chat with customers and coworkers
- Actively manage the customer support conversation queue
- Effectively answer customer inquiries in a timely manner and within required KPIs
- Understand and articulate Stio product information and processes with ease
- Uphold agent performance standards in Gladly accordingly
- Collaborate daily with Stio distribution centers and customers
- Report to the Customer Experience Shift Managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate computer and typing skills required
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Versatility, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Outdoor apparel/apparel knowledge preferred
- Applicants living near a Stio Mountain Studio are strongly preferred
