About the role
- Provide an exceptional brand experience and customer engagement at Mountain Studio retail location
- Deliver customer service, product education, and selling
- Maintain visual store aesthetic: cleaning, mannequin changes, organizing displays, tidying the floor
- Receive inventory shipments, restock sales floor, and maintain organized back-stock
- Answer phones and fulfill customer service shipments
- Utilize Point of Sale system to process transactions, refunds/exchanges, and gift cards
- Support a dynamic team and uphold company mission and values
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Retail and/or sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays required
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive space for every person who enters the Mountain Studio
- Proactive learner eager to be part of a new, growing Stio team
- Computer proficiency and POS experience
- Must be able to move around the retail space, move upwards of 50 lbs and occasionally traverse ladders
