About the role
- Provide an exceptional brand experience and customer service at the Freeport Mountain Studio retail location
- Communicate brand story and product knowledge to customers; engage and sell
- Create a welcoming space for the community and customers
- Maintain visual store aesthetic: organize displays, change mannequins, perform routine cleaning and general tidying of the floor
- Utilize Point of Sale system to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, payments, refunds/exchanges, and gift cards
- Receive inventory shipments, restock inventory on the sales floor, and maintain an organized back-stock
- Perform other operational duties including answering phones and fulfilling customer service shipments
- Support a dynamic, cohesive team and deliver top-quality product education
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
- Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend, holiday season shifts
- Self-starter proactive with tackling daily tasks, handling customer interactions, and communicating with your managers on a daily basis
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive space for every person who enters the Mountain Studio
- Computer proficiency required, POS experience preferred
- Email and phone communication skills required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must have regular availability for at least 1 weekend day
- Must be able to move around the retail space, move upwards of 50 lbs and occasionally traverse ladders
