About the role
- Maintain daily relationships with Stine Club seed multipliers
- Carry out and assist sales activities (demand generation and visits to demonstration fields)
- Conduct market analysis of our customers (sales cases)
- Ensure that Stine multipliers carry out marketing activities (field sign installations, Field Days, trade shows, Side-by-Side trials, and brand exposure), providing all necessary support
- Deliver training and technical capacity building across the entire commercial chain (representatives, distribution channels)
- Monitor Stine seed production fields together with the seed multipliers
- Generate demand and ensure potential customers have a complete experience with Stine products, serving as the technical reference in your region
- Provide information to the company as needed, helping to anticipate required actions
- Tabulate data collected during the harvest and prepare technical reports, assisting in the creation of the commercial database for our cultivars.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy
- Previous sales experience desirable
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Availability to travel
- Good interpersonal skills, initiative, and reliability
