About the role

  • Maintain daily relationships with Stine Club seed multipliers
  • Carry out and assist sales activities (demand generation and visits to demonstration fields)
  • Conduct market analysis of our customers (sales cases)
  • Ensure that Stine multipliers carry out marketing activities (field sign installations, Field Days, trade shows, Side-by-Side trials, and brand exposure), providing all necessary support
  • Deliver training and technical capacity building across the entire commercial chain (representatives, distribution channels)
  • Monitor Stine seed production fields together with the seed multipliers
  • Generate demand and ensure potential customers have a complete experience with Stine products, serving as the technical reference in your region
  • Provide information to the company as needed, helping to anticipate required actions
  • Tabulate data collected during the harvest and prepare technical reports, assisting in the creation of the commercial database for our cultivars.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy
  • Previous sales experience desirable
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Availability to travel
  • Good interpersonal skills, initiative, and reliability
