About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive and process incoming installation work orders through Omnia 360 and track project/drop status in Quickbase
- Maintain the master drop installation tracker with daily production data, completed installs, addresses, unit counts, and exceptions
- Track progress against grant-mandated and program-specific timelines and flag at-risk areas
- Coordinate subscriber installation scheduling with clients, customer service teams, and the Drop Installation Manager
- Manage and prioritize the drop installation queue based on activation timelines, geographic efficiency, and client priorities
- Maintain dashboards and visual reports on completion rates, backlog, crew productivity, and geographic progress
- Track rework, failed inspections, and customer-reported issues and ensure corrective actions are closed
- Coordinate subscriber enrollment, service readiness notifications, installation appointments, requests, reschedules, and access issues
- Maintain accurate subscriber records and report no-access situations and reschedule rates
- Serve as a coordination point between client customer service and Stimulus field operations
- Track material usage and inventory, coordinate procurement, and arrange material staging and delivery
- Prepare daily and weekly production summaries and compile documentation for grant compliance reports and milestone certifications
- Maintain organized project files and assist with client-facing status reports
- Track invoices and costs and support budget monitoring for drop installation activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or operations support
- Telecom, construction, or field services experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with scheduling tools, work order management systems, or field service platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volumes of work orders and data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively follow up on open items
- Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or field coordination for a telecom or utility provider preferred
- Familiarity with fiber optic drop installation processes and terminology preferred
- Experience with customer-facing scheduling and service activation workflows preferred
- Familiarity with grant-funded broadband deployment programs and documentation requirements preferred
