Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in product management or senior leadership within the games industry
- Experience in leading game development teams
- Ability to mentor leaders and scale organizations
- Comfortable managing in hybrid or remote environments
- Strong understanding of studio operations and cross-functional leadership
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
