Place dealer phone, fax, and e-mail rollers; update blocked sales orders; manage the e-mail inbox and faxes utilizing various systems and tools; navigate resources such as dealer promotions, electronics, dealer support manuals, and distribution pricing.
Evaluate the estimated time frames for back-order products.
Do possible warehouse transfers or Virginia Beach watch orders; create the documents and CRM cases for calls/inquiries; as well as maintain detailed notes.
Support National Accounts department through processing orders, e-mail responses, converting electronic data interface orders, and confirming part pricing.
Convert data interfaces from EDI orders and verify account contacts.
Apply system knowledge for dealer single sign-on, remote login, product registration, warranty claims, and product information website for dealers.
Apply system knowledge for dealer training websites including STIHL USA, and assist dealers in navigating and resolving issues related to STIHL SSO.
Process and resolve order discrepancies including missing product, damaged items, and incorrect shipments.
Utilize system applications to process credits, free ships, rebuilds, and returns while maintaining accounting functions.
Research issues related to credits, invoices, and any related corrections, and process credit approvals and corrections through third-party vendors.
Complete order tracking with various shipping companies and file claims for missing/damaged products as necessary.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Enrollment in or completion of a higher degree program preferred
1-3 years of STIHL experience in this field
SAP or CRM experience is preferred but not required
