About the role
- Collaborate with IT developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and clarify system requirements
- Assist with drafting user stories, refining requirements, and organizing backlog items to support LMS and SSO enhancements
- Help build and maintain a user-friendly knowledge base, including how-to guides and process documentation
- Participate in agile routines such as stand-ups and planning meetings, supporting coordination and follow-up tasks
- Research system functionality and integrations, and document findings for technical and non-technical audiences
- Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
- Gather user feedback and help represent user needs to support better system design and experience
Requirements
- Academic Year: Junior, Senior
- Area of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Software Experience: MS Office, Atlassian JIRA & Confluence
