About the role
- Planning and production of video content – from teasers and trailers to social media clips, interviews, and portraits
- Monitoring current trends and further developing our digital communication strategy
- Post-production and preparation of content for our high-reach channels
- Organizing and maintaining editorial schedules; close coordination with editorial, marketing, and artistic teams
- Analyzing reach and engagement to enable continuous optimization
- Sound design for video material
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Content Creator or video producer – ideally in the cultural or events sector with an affinity for opera and music theatre
- Confident handling of camera, audio, and editing equipment as well as the Adobe Creative Cloud
- Knowledge of Motion Graphics or audio production (e.g., podcasts) is an advantage
- Creativity, strong sense of style, an independent and reliable working approach, and excellent team skills
- Very good command of German and English
- Willingness to work flexible hours — our art takes place live!
