About the role
- As part of an interdisciplinary OR team, you assist in surgeries across various specialties
- You are responsible for thorough pre- and post-operative preparation of the operating unit, including the required instruments
- With strong empathy and good communication skills, you provide care for patients and ensure smooth workflow in the operating room
- You will also be entrusted with supervising and mentoring OTA trainees
- Participation in on-call duties
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist nurse, Operating Room Technician (OTA), or registered nurse—ideally with further qualification in perioperative/operating room care
- Willingness to pursue continuous professional development
- High professional and personal competence
- Enthusiasm for committed and constructive teamwork
